Every message is read by our founder, Jay. You'll get a response every time — even when the answer is "we're not the right fit," at which point we will personally connect you with a better resource.
Straight answers.
We'll tell you honestly and quickly whether we can help, what we need from you, and what to expect. No runaround. We will do our half and expect you to do yours.
Privacy.
We only contact your landlord with your permission, and only to confirm the situation. We don't share your details with anyone else without you knowing. Every case is unique and we adjust to each situation.
